Maintenance Free Exterior

  • Continuous metal fascia protects the edges of the roof.

  • Reclaimed wood soffits are naturally protected by the overhang.

  • Corrugated siding trimmed and flashed with bent steel is allowed to rust naturally. This siding protects the wood framed roof truss portions of the structure.

  • Colored concrete makes up the rest of the exterior finish of the main walls. The lower portion of walls are textured through use of a form liner during the pour and further delineated with a small reveal to produce a subtle shadow line.
